New
BioPhysics Ministry Office in Dunn |
1. Building in "As Is" condition, with the exception that
the woman who owns it shall remove all the items she wishes to
actually keep. She has sheetrock and lumber that she will
keep for an addition on her home which is stored there
presently. I explained I want her to leave the rest for us
to handle and dispose of as we choose.
2. We could turn the east coast project costs around by
selling off some of the older items that are usable for the
lower income and have value to support the other improvements
without going out of pocket.
3. We could use the back storage area which needs lots of
work done to it to create a conference room after putting up a
wall and finishing the exterior walls with studs and sheetrock
and wiring it for modern appliances such as the television and
DVD and a refreshment serving area. We can solicit
donations for the conference room furniture from some companies
locally and in Raleigh who wish to assist us in creating new
jobs locally.
4. We could use the front office area as a demo area for
the products.
5. We could also use this as a training center, finders
exchange and as a call room for creating new appointments for
contracts we take in for new technology.
6. We could get income from the state programs for
creating a local training center to assist lower income
individuals to get into new careers in the biotech field as
salesmen, and offer a certification process for them.
7. There is plenty of curb parking; the area is near two
major interstates (I-40 and I-95), half way between New York and
Florida with a mile or so off the I-95 interstate and Hwy 421, a
few blocks north of the east-west main town road.
8. Exterior needs some landscaping done; we can use
volunteers we already have and get the plants donated from
earlier projects and friends of the foundation itself.
9. We could provide a small demo system for sustainable
agriculture in a designated area and have an area for retailing
product in a small space with counters we provide. There
is adequate room for a small community biosphere.
10. The address is 401 North Wilson Avenue.
11. The exterior measures 35' by 70' , and is 2450' inside
and is in fair to good condition on the interior; it has
excellent curb side appeal and a neat and clean surrounding of
grass, with neighborhood domesticated rabbits running around who
love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood it is in.
12. There is baseboard heating, electric.
13. There is one large window air conditioner, the
building exterior is brick and concrete block wall.
14. It is in a transitional area near other small
businesses, and is zoned commercial/residential. The
property is owned by a wonderful woman I know. She could
supplement her income with rental money from the lease after a
set period of time (which will be free), while we make the
necessary changes we need and clear out the debris. The
old items can be sold or given away by the foundation, creating
more visibility within the community and we could donate a
portion of the money from the sale of some items to working
projects we have for charity and in the local areas.
15. It has two bathrooms, male and female, already there.
16. It is wheelchair accessible at this time.
17. We can utilize local elderly volunteers who wish to
help us with educating the community and who wish to get out
more, as well as educating younger people about the new
technologies we have to offer.
18. If necessary, we can utilize grant funding to update
or improve the setting inside.
19. The local fire department is one block from this
building.
20. I am working out lease terms that are financially
feasible and reasonable for the foundation to support from
donations it receives from sales of new technologies on the 10%
fixed donations for product sales through our foundation from
new companies who wish to have us assist them in training and
motivating new sales representatives.
21. We intend to use leased office equipment on an annual
basis to cut expenses of buying to a minimum to create a nice
work environment that is clean, efficient and colorful for the
volunteers who wish to be trained at the location.
22. We can rent desk space to new reps on a monthly basis,
and they will be able to have their own phone systems installed
from Embarq.
23. We will provide a Pioneer 60" black big screen
television for viewing the DVD training material, and
comfortable clean upholstered matching folding chairs for the
public we intend to train and motivate about the products.
24. There is a long service counter where we can do
baking, taste testing, and demonstrations, with plenty of
storage below the countertop for equipment we are not presently
using each day.
25. There is an enclosed smaller office area in the front
section which can be secured with a deadbolt lock to protect the
products from theft.
26. We could move computers we already own into one side
of the front office where the desks will be rented out and put
movable modular walls for privacy which we can buy at the state
auction reasonably priced from other state projects.
27. Let me know by phone at 01-910-897-4033 what else you
wish to know about the project.
28. I have several people serious now about wanting to
participate with us on a fulltime basis with introducing the
technologies locally and in the mid Atlantic states area.
29. We will offer public education two nights a week,
Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7 to 9 PM.
30. We will offer Saturday morning trainings from 9 AM to
12, and afternoon from 1 to 4 PM.
31. We have already made the arrangements to purchase the
appliances we need. (Refrigerator, stove, and a new
Vitamix blender) for the tasting, testing and baking area for
some projects.
32. We will install a 4' by 8' white board for public
classes at night.
33. We need a store front sign near the top of the
building which will give us good road and traffic visibility
from all vantage points.
34. We are willing to sign a 60 month agreement for the
lease to secure the building long term so that monies invested
in the building will be well utilized over time.

Campbell
University - BioPhysics Energy Medicine Project |
Here are the
pictures I took of the land over near Campbell University at
Buies Creek, North Carolina. The land is being
investigated for tax information, land surveys and actual
ownership at this time. The best approach according to
private families within the community is to own it privately
and offer the students our own credentialing for credits if
that can be done through the North Carolina system.
One company wanted to control it within. I rejected
them already, that is another problem we could not control.
We should check what is required on current laws. We
can put the pledge up using the funds derived from the
finders exchange to get the commitment on each parcel.
There are three suitable for the project, all should be
purchased at this time for growth. This is larger than
it appears, we will measure the lots involved for the design
team. Hope this helps you! Please call me with
any questions you have on this. I will either have the
answers, or get them timely so we can do this right away.
Thank you all!
