Plans Page 2 It's A Beautiful Surprise! Concert Series

III THE FUTURE

We will be designing and implementing new efforts from this project such as t-shirts, merchandise, recordings and performance royalties to provide sustained income for the foundations future projects.

This project is a covenant unto itself and it's time to throw our coins up to a wishing well, and put our efforts together into making our world a better place to live and providing the same for those less fortunate.

IV. ARIE CROWN THEATER

Our first concert will be June 19, 2007 at the Arie Crown Theater in Chicago with a pending guest appearance by Willie Nelson and others. Willie would love to come on the show.

Word-Of-Mouth Marketing Campaign

Preceding the mainstream media advertising campaign, we will launch a grass roots word of mouth campaign. This will pre-sell tickets and create a fertile "under the radar" soil for the growth and spread of local buzz and word of mouth about the concert and the purpose of raising the funds from it.

Our approach is to get to the local community from the bottom with our word of mouth campaign and then get to the over all community from the top with the mainstream media. This will charge the word about the concert and create an atmosphere of ready participation by the targeted audiences.

1. Prior to the mainstream advertising we will contact community organizations such as Christian Churches, other religious organizations, local business organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Clubs, BNI, Kiwani and others.

We will give a presentation to these organizations with a 15 second spot that shows the talent in the concert, the responses from people such as themselves and the people in Africa who so need the food and supplies that the concert proceeds will supply.

We will make it possible for people to pre-purchase a ticket in their organizations.

We will submit articles for the local media, such as newsletters, chamber of commerce newsletters, bulletin boards, and other inside publications.

We will create a luncheon where the captains of industries can purchase a table for a determined price. These tables will seat about 10 people.

We will assign captains to each table and they will be responsible for "selling" the seats or, if they should purchase the table themselves, to invite people to the luncheon.

With the purchase of the table there will be a VIP ticket to the concert for each seat and 5 CDs for the audiences.

At the luncheon we will have a speaker, a walk on celebrity (an NFL sports figure, or a Country Western singer, etc.) to speak a few words and give support for the concert, and an extension of the 15 second spot shown at the other community organizations.

We will find the "local hang outs" and frequent them giving away posters and other print materials about the concert.

Provide material on the concert to local High Schools. Many of the concert performers will be young high school age kids and this audience is particularly powerful in spreading buzz and influencing other family members.

We will have give away items with the logo and brand on it. We will saturate the local area "hot- spots" with these materials.

We will set up an 800 number for people to call and ask questions and if they should choose to make a donation prior to the concert. They can also order other concert products available for purchase.

We will approach corporations for donations and also offer VIP tickets.

Mainstream Media Campaign

American Gold Seal Foundation representatives, and Don Cook Productions representatives will do guest appearances on talk shows such as Opera Winfry, Dr. Phil, Jay Leno, Local Christian shows and others. etc. We will show the extended version of the 15 second spot and perhaps have some of the young artists perform a short version of their performances.

15 second spot commercials on local area TV.

PSA'S on local radio, radio promo of "It's A Beautiful Surprise" with our artist CD play.

The Internet world wide feed to radio shows will play a big part in bringing in donations and selling products on the website.

Greenwood & Hill will be our official fulfillment house.

Local TV spots just prior to the concert.

Advertise in the Sunday paper with a large ad three Sundays prior to the concert. During the week we will run smaller ads.

Large show venues can be televised on local stations and national networks.

Christmas show in Chicago on PBS or national network.

We will video the concerts and sell the videos to PBS and others at the end of the season.
